Robin Andersen is a professor emerita of Communication at Fordham University. She earned her PhD from the University of California, Irvine, with a dissertation on, “The United States Press Coverage of Conflict in the Third World: The Case of El Salvador”. She has expanded that work since with numerous publications including the 2006 book on A Century of Media, A Century of War, which received the Alpha Sigma Nu Book Award the following year. Her latest book,  The Complicit  Lens: US Media Coverage of Israel’s Genocide in Gaza, was  released June 2.
