2026 Convention Ad Purchase Process

Submission Deadline is Friday, July 17, 2026

As we do every year, we are appealing to VFP chapters, businesses, and allied organizations to contribute to the 2026 VFP Convention by placing an ad in the convention handbook.

Ad Dimensions & Prices:

This year, all of our convention ads will be the same size. Below are the dimensions (width x height) for different measurement units (based on 16:9 ration):

Inches: 4.666″ W x 2.625: H
Pixels: 1400px W x 787 px H
Millemeters: 119mm W x 67mm H

1 ad: $200
2 ads: $350
3 ads: $450

How to Purchase your ads

For each quantity of ad(s) you wish to purchase, make your choice from the drop-down menu at the top of THIS PAGE and click “add to cart”.

Discounts

The following coupon codes may be applied at checkout. Type the coupon code in the “coupon code” box and click “apply code” at checkout.

Ad Payment

Online (preferred): After selecting the ad sizes and adding to cart, go to your shopping cart and follow online payment instructions.

By Postal Mail: For downloadable PDF order form CLICK HERE, scroll down to “By Postal Mail”. Write a check to “Veterans For Peace” earmarked “2026 Convention Ad” and mail to:

Ad Submission

Create your ad(s) according to the dimensions provided above and save as, or export to one of the following file formats (no Word docs please): pdf, jpg, png, or psd. Preferred resolution is 300 pixels per inch (ppi) or higher. Submit your camera-ready artwork via email attachment sent to convention_advertising@veteransforpeace.org.

If you want VFP to design or refine your ad, email convention_advertising@veteransforpeace.org with your ad components (text, logo, photo, illustration, etc.), plus any guidelines you wish to convey for our ad designer.
