How do I purchase a table for this year's convention?
Table pricing is $40 for VFP chapters/allies and $100 for vendors. The tables are 5 feet long and if you need more space, you can purchase more than one.

What if I'm only attending virtually?
Select the virtual registration ticket only and nothing else.
What if I'm attending in person?
- Select the in-person registration ticket.
- Choose the type of room and days you will be staying in the dorm
- It’s strongly suggested that you choose a box lunch for Fri/Sat (dining hall will not be available)
- If you’re driving to the convention, purchase a parking pass
What if I want a roommate?
Please include your roommate’s name & payment when you register.
What if I don't have a roommate?
One will be assigned to your room.
What meals are covered with the registration price?
- Thursday evening – hot appetizers
- Saturday evening – banquet dinner
What are the box lunch options for Fri and Sat?
- Beef – Thinly Sliced Roast Beef, Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce & Tomato on a Kaiser, Baked Lays Potato Chips, 2 Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Turkey – Thinly Sliced Turkey Breast, Cheddar Cheese & Lettuce on Wheat Bread, Red Delicious Apple, Two Chocolate Chip Cookies & beverage choice
- Vegetarian – Balsamic Grilled Vegetables, Lettuce, Tomato & Creamy Hummus in Tortilla Wrap, Red Delicious Apple, 2 Chocolate Chip Cookies

- The dining hall will be open Thu – Sat. The dining hall is located on the 2nd floor of the student union

- An email will be sent to registrants, asking if you will be using the dining hall towards the end of July. You will be given the opportunity to prepay or you can purchase meal pass at the convention.
