We have a limited number of scholarships available. You can fill out the scholarship request form here. If you are interested in donating to a scholarship fund, you can donate here.

Programming begins at XX pm ET on August 6th, and runs until XX pm ET on August 9th!

Registrants can view session times and descriptions on our Virtual Convention Page! *password needed for access*

You should have received an email on August XX with your password and the link to our restricted “Virtual Convention” webpage (this is also linked in the navigation menu of the website). This page will be your hub for all of the different sessions, entry into the social room, and access to the recordings! If you registered after August XX, your confirmation email should contain the password and information you need to join!

Check out our step-by-step PDF! Email vfp@veteransfropeace.org if you are having any trouble accessing the content.

All you will need to participate is an internet connection and a computer, tablet, or smartphone. To participate fully, you will need a camera and microphone; however, you can still watch and view the content, ask questions, and interact with the presenters without.

All sessions will be accessible from our Virtual Convention page, and workshops and other events will be either Zoom Meetings or Webinars.

We sent an email out to all registrants on August XX. This email will contain the password you need to access the virtual content, in-depth information about how to join each of the sessions, and any other information you might need!

Please keep in mind that the password is case-sensitive and must be all lowercase.

Please check your spam folder. If it is not in there, please email convention@veteransforpeace.org, and we will send you a copy of the email. If you have unsubscribed from receiving other VFP emails, you may be unable to receive emails about the Convention. If you think that is the case, please email us at vfp@veteransforpeace.org!

Nope! You can access every session from the “Virtual Convention” page for the duration of the Convention. You’ll be able to watch all the recordings there as well.

All sessions will be recorded except for the Social Room.

Workshop recordings will be available within 48 hours of airing; all recordings will be available within a week of the end of the Convention and will be accessible for 60 days.

Similar to last year, we will be honoring all VFP members we have lost since the last VFP Convention during our Saturday night event by reading out their names alongside a bell-ringing.

Please fill out this form to include any names of members who have passed away since the 2024 Convention. If you would like a bereavement package sent out, please email Shelly at shelly@veteransforpeace.org.

The VFP Business meeting will be held on Saturday, August 6th, from 12:00 pm ET until 3:00 pm ET. Registration for the Business Meeting is coming soon. Learn more here.

Like last year, the business meeting will be conducted via Zoom Webinar. For the business meeting, you will need to download the Zoom app on your desktop. You can watch a tutorial here.

The VFP Business Meeting is open to active members of VFP. You do not need to register for the Convention in order to participate in the business meeting. Make sure your VFP dues are current so you have access to the business meeting.

An email was sent to all current VFP members with a link to register for the business meeting. If you have not received the registration link but believe your dues are current, please email Shelly Rockett at (shelly@veteransforpeace.org).

PLEASE NOTE: This registration link is separate from Convention registration.
