Join Us in Sponsoring the 41st Anniversary VFP Convention in Kansas City, MO

August 6-9, 2026, Veterans For Peace will gather at the University of Missouri, Kansas City, for our 41st National Convention. At a time of great uncertainty and a need for Winter Soldiers, veterans who believe in peace and democracy will unite in solidarity in a way we have never before.

With the theme “Peace Through Nonviolent Action: From Chaos to Community,” this convention galvanizes us to meet this period of chaos – rising fascism and authoritarianism – with the courage and audacity that come from uniting and caring for one another in community. We face a dark movement of hate and division that requires nonviolent action to turn it back and promote a vision of a future that includes all of us, built through community action. It’s a time to reflect, recommit, and rise together.
